Canadian Applicants – Forms & Fees

Complete these forms if you are or ever have been an active practicing registered nurse in another Canadian jurisdiction (including Quebec) and wish to apply for registration in Manitoba.

Practicing Register Fee – Third Quarter **	$230.31	Due upon approval of application when registering between July 1 – September 30
Practicing Register Fee – Fourth Quarter **	$138.64	Due upon approval of application when registering between October 1 – December 31
