Changing Your Status – Forms & Fees

Effective July 1, 2011 the minimum scores and language tests accepted by CRNM will change. View the accepted language tests.

Complete these forms if you are currently registered with CRNM and wish to change the register you are on to the register for practicing registered nurses or the register for non-practicing members.

Practicing Register Fee When Converting from Non-Practicing to Practicing – Third Quarter	$180.30	Due upon approval of application when registering between July 1 – September 30
Practicing Register Fee When Converting from Non-Practicing to Practicing – Fourth Quarter	$113.63	Due upon approval of application when registering between October 1 – December 31

Note: Above fees include GST.

* Fee is non-refundable.

There are no refunds for conversions throughout the year when converting from Practicing to Non-Practicing.
