A refresher program is ideal for nurses who:
- have been previously registered in Canada and are eligible for re-registration after completion of a nursing refresher program;
- have not been registered in Canada and want/require an education program to assist in preparation for the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination; or
- are currently registered in Manitoba and want to review theory and/or skills.
The two CRNM board approved nursing re-entry education programs are the
Red River College Nursing Refresher Program (delivered in English) and the
Grant MacEwan College RN Refresher Program (delivered in French). Please refer to the Red River or Grant MacEwan websites for additional information about each program.
