A “Live Support” icon is located on the lower left hand side of the College’s web pages. When staff members at the College are available to assist, the icon displays an “Online” message. By clicking on the icon, you will be able to connect with a staff member using a chat type program where you can proceed to ask questions or seek additional assistance. You can still use the feature when it displays an “Offline” message to send in an email inquiry.
