National Nursing Week

Nursing week (May 12 - 18, 2008) takes on a special significance this year as the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) celebrates its centennial. The theme for this year is the same as last year: Think you know nursing, take a closer look. As in past years, the College will participate by hosting a kick-off event on Monday, May 12th at the Manitoba Legislature featuring the Minister of Health proclaiming Nursing Week in Manitoba followed by a reception. Visit www.crnm.mb.ca/nursingweek.php for more details and to download a Proclamation Signing Invitation/Poster.

As part of nursing week CNA has made posters available through the College. Supply of these posters is limited and their availability is on a first-come, first-served basis. Contact the College at info@crnm.mb.ca to obtain your poster or stop by the office during weekday office hours (0830 - 1630) to pick one up.
