The Foundation for Registered Nurses of Manitoba Inc. (FRNM) is a non-profit organization promoting excellence in nursing through the funding of individuals pursuing nursing education at both basic and advanced levels. The financial assistance the Foundation provides is not only an investment in the individual nurse, but perhaps more significantly, in the future of nursing.

Applicants for the BPRN, Post RN Clinical Certificate, Master’s or Doctoral awards must have three (3) references complete this form and return it directly to FRNM or with the application form. Be sure to print three blank reference forms.
