The College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba conducts an ongoing public awareness campaign aimed at helping Manitobans stay healthier. The province-wide campaign began by targeting hand washing as an effective, easy way to stop the spread of illness and disease and has expanded to include cough and sneeze etiquette. Manitoba RNs are featured in the ads which highlight the fact that registered nurses are experts on health and a great source of health related information. The campaigns consist of radio and TV public service announcements, transit advertising and posters. We are pleased to link to the components of our campaigns and provide a number of resources with additional information:
As a part of the College’s communication plan to promote the integration of RN(EP)s or Nurse Practitioners into our health system a new poster and corresponding print ad has been developed.
