The Online Employer Verification Service is a tool for employers to determine the registration status of nurses they employ. Under The Registered Nurses Act [Reference: Sec 65 Registered Nurses Act C.C.S.M. Chapter R40], the registration status of an individual registered nurse is public information. Employers have a responsibility under the Act to verify that the nurses they employ are properly registered with CRNM. Employers may do so online by signing up for our free verification service (subject to terms and conditions). To sign up, contact CRNM at (204) 774-3477.

Currency of Information
Verification requests are processed in real-time based on information contained in our member database at the time of the request. A short processing delay may occur between the time an individual applies for registration until approval is granted and the information is entered into the register.
