The online employer verification system, available through CRNM Nurse Check, is a tool for employers to determine the registration status of nurses they employ. Under The Registered Nurses Act, the registration status of an individual registered nurse is public information. Employers have a responsibility under the Act to verify that the nurses they employ are properly registered with CRNM (Reference:
Sec 65 Registered Nurses Act C.C.S.M. Chapter R40). Employers may do so online by signing up for our free online verification system (subject to the Terms of Use as outlined in
CRNM Nurse Check on the College's website). Once you agree to the Terms of Use, the online employer verification log-in button will appear (on the lower right-hand side of the webpage) and you will be able to perform your search.

If you have lost your username or password, please contact the person within your facility who originally issued it to you.
Please note: graduate nurse registrations expire at 11:59 PM the day before the date stipulated.
Verification requests are processed in real-time based on information contained in our member database at the time of the request. A short processing delay may occur between the time an individual applies for registration until approval is granted and the information is entered into the register.
