Verification Request Form

To request a verification of your current or previous registration as an RN or RN(EP) in Manitoba, or verification of a previous writing of the CRNE as a Manitoba candidate, please submit the request form provided to you by the jurisdiction requiring the information, or use the form below, and submit it with the non-refundable processing fee of $52.50 (including GST). Please note that this processing fee applies to mailed verifications only. Requests to fax a verification require an additional $5.25 (includes GST) charge, for a total of $57.75 (includes GST):

Requests for verification of registration are processed in the order they are received. Upon receipt of a completed request form and payment in full, please allow approximately 10 business days to complete the process.
