Time to Renew!
Renewal is now open!
Your current certificate of practice will expire on Dec. 31, 2024. To continue practising as an RN or RN(NP) in 2025, you must renew your certificate of practice. If you miss the deadline and want to practise in 2025, you will have to apply for reinstatement.
Some important things to remember:
Background Checks
The background checks requirement for renewal continues for 2025 renewal. Those selected were notified by email in April, 2024. Those selected will also see the requirement listed on their renewal application when renewal opens on October 1, 2024.

Employer Info
You’ll need to let us know who your employers are when you go through the online renewal form.
Please note you will also have to list estimated practice hours separately by employer on your renewal form.
