2025 AGM Details
The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on May 30, 2025 at 9 AM via webinar.
Agenda
Note: The webinar/live stream will open between 8:30 AM and 8:45 AM, but the meeting officially gets underway at 9 AM.
Registration
Registration is required to attend the AGM.
Please note, registration will close on May 28, 2025 at 9 AM.
Bylaws
The current bylaws were confirmed at the 2022 AGM and updates were approved in principle by Council at the December 2024 meeting. These changes will need to be confirmed at the 2025 AGM.
