In the closed session, Council received governance education and received an update on the College’s office lease.
Council heard updates on the College’s approach to information technology management, including the Chief Information Officer role.
Council approved Council meeting dates for 2025. The meeting dates are available here.
Council discussed updates to the College’s land acknowledgement statement with a view to more broadly recognizing the territories the College serves, as well as supporting a process for reflection and personalization.
Council accepted annual reports from education providers as evidence the schools are continuing to meet education standards.
Over the summer, the Council voted on the appointment of Council members to Council committees.
