Discipline Decisions

- Shannon Hancock, CRNM #135095
- The following decision of a panel of the inquiry committee of CRNM has been appealed by the investigated member to the Court of Appeal pursuant to s. 131(1) of The Regulated Health Professions Act (the RHPA). The RHPA provides an investigated member with the ability to appeal a decision of a inquiry panel in which the investigated member was found guilty of, among other things, professional misconduct, conduct unbecoming, or displaying a lack of knowledge or lack of skill or judgement in the practice of nursing. The filing of an appeal does not suspend all or part of a decision of a panel of the discipline committee. The following decision remains valid unless otherwise pronounced by the Court of Appeal.
