Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from prospective vendors to provide a web-based platform designed for professional regulatory bodies to support registrants in continuing competency and ongoing learning that aligns with regulator-defined competencies.

Who May Respond to this RFP:

Vendors who can provide the functional requirements listed in the RFP.

Closing Submission Date

Please submit an expression of interest to Jacek Murawski by 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Wednesday,
February 18, 2026, to schedule a virtual Q&A session for interested vendors to better understand the RFP requirements.

Please submit your proposal by 4:00 p.m. (CST) Wednesday, March 11, 2026. Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered.
