Overview

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit proposals from laboratory testing agencies to provide toxicology screening services to the Professional Conduct department for registrants that require random drug and/or alcohol testing on a regularly occurring and as-needed basis.

Who May Respond to this RFP:

Laboratory testing agencies that provide toxicology testing services within the province of Manitoba are invited to respond to this RFP.

Closing Submission Date

Proposals must be submitted no later than 4 p.m. on March 4, 2026.
