Current Trends in RN Regulation: The Increasing Shift to Agency Nursing Practice
This data report focuses on the increasing shift to agency nursing practice among registered nurses and nurse practitioners, highlighting the trends, risks and concerns identified based on 2024 year-end data, as well as the actions undertaken by the College and future opportunities across the Manitoba health system.
Current Trends in RN Regulation: February 2025 Report
This inaugural report on current and emerging trends in RN regulation takes a look at a variety trends, risks and opportunities to address health human resource needs, including better addressing labour mobility, and the recruitment and retention of new Manitoba nursing graduates.
College Quarterly Report: Five key stats from this quarter
The objective of this report is to communicate key data and information about the functions of the College. Quarters are numbered according to the calendar year. Reports will be posted approximately 2 months following the conclusion of the quarter being reported.
