2026 Renewal is Now Open

2026 Renewal is now open and closes on Dec. 1, 2025.

All registrants are now able to apply to renew their certificate of practice for 2026. Log in to your CRNM Profile on Alinity to complete the renewal process.

Please note that if you miss the December 1, 2025 deadline for renewal, you will need to apply for reinstatement.

Some important things to remember:

Background Checks

The background checks requirement for renewal continues for 2026 renewal. Those selected were notified by email in May 2025. Those selected will also see the requirement listed on their renewal application when renewal opens on October 1, 2025.

Verification of Hours

The College has resumed the requirement for some registrants to have their RN practice hours verified by their employer(s) and submitted by the employer(s) to the College by 4:30 pm on December 1, 2025. An email notification was sent on September 26, 2025 to a small group of registrants. If this requirement applies to you, you will also see it noted on the Profile Update page within Alinity.

Employer Info

You’ll need to let us know who your employers are when you go through the online renewal form.

Please note you will also have to list estimated practice hours separately by employer on your renewal form.
