Discipline decisions are findings of the College’s Inquiry Committee. They inform members and the public of the outcome of discipline hearings.

Under the RHPA, health profession regulators are responsible for investigating concerns about regulated members and taking appropriate action when standards of practice, professional conduct, or ethical obligations are not met.

Publishing discipline decisions supports our mandate by promoting a fair, transparent, and accountable, nursing regulation.

The decisions posted on this page reflect outcomes of the discipline process and are published in accordance with the requirements of the RHPA. Each decision is based on the specific facts of the case and the evidence considered by the College’s Inquiry Committee. Publication of these decisions helps the public understand how concerns about nursing practice are addressed while reinforcing the standards expected of Manitoba nurses.
